It was midnight when we received a call—a snake had been spotted in a kitchen.
We immediately asked for a description. Based on what we heard, it seemed like a kukri snake. But we couldn’t be sure. Without wasting time, we rushed to the location.
Upon reaching, the snake was nowhere to be found. The kitchen was small, with multiple hiding spots. We began searching, carefully inspecting every possible space.
After some time, we finally spotted it—tucked away inside the kitchen racks, hidden beneath the lower shelves. The space was too tight to reach directly, so we used a snake hook to gently maneuver it out.
With patience and precision, we successfully secured the snake and safely bagged it.
Before leaving, we gave a quick awareness session to the residents—explaining how snakes find their way inside and how keeping the area clean and organized can help in spotting them early.
With the message delivered, we took the snake to a safe location and released it back into the wild, where it belongs.
